MultiTech announces the availability of its 4G-LTE MultiConnect Cell 100 Series Cellular Modem certified and approved for use in U.S. and Canada.
The MultiConnect Cell 100 series is part of MultiTech’s comprehensive portfolio of cellular connectivity products optimized for M2M (machine-to-machine) communications. Easy to install and configure through AT commands, theMultiConnect Cell is ideal for failover, out-of-band management or primary internet connection over cellular. The MultiConnect Cell(MTC-xx series) connects an intelligent appliance via a Serial RS232 or USB interface.
The MultiConnect Cell is a compact communications platform family that provides 2G, 3G and now 4G-LTE cellular capabilities for fixed and mobile applications. It has been deployed and real world tested around the globe for use in settings such as:
