Not everyone likes to pick up a phone when they need some help. Sometimes it’s easier to send an email or hop into a live chat. So we’re happy to announce that we’ve added a live chat feature to symmetryelectronics.com. Live chats offer all of our customers and design engineers a fast way to contact us quickly for technical expertise or customer support.
Live chats give engineers and customers an easy and effective way to continue working on a design while receiving technical support from one of Symmetry’s Application Engineers. Our engineers can share troubleshooting steps or application information, and the engineer can follow them in real time. Sharing complex and detailed instructions over text can be easier than communicating by phone, where connections can be spotty. Additionally, after the chat has concluded we can email the transcript for referencing later.
