Helping customers with solutions is an everyday thing here, from when the order is entered in our systems, to product management, to warehouse details, I make sure all these areas are covered to give a fast response to customer.
What exciting trends do you see in our industry?
Ecommerce in particular is constantly evolving to keep up with the demands and desires of consumers. Companies are implementing systems to help logistics service providers enhance delivery services and accurately monitor the movement of shipments, with shorter lead times, warehouse control software, GPS, trailer seals, RFID, and biometrics are all technologies that will help logistics providers run their business more efficiently.
What do you like to do when you’re not working at Symmetry?
I'm a very active person. I love going to the gym, hiking or even walking at the beach, and enjoying the amazing California weather.
