Silicon Labs’s low-power analog products include op-amps, low-power analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), comparators, power management ICs, timers, and voltage detectors and references. These high-performance analog products enable new levels of power savings in battery-operated systems, which are becoming more prevalent in the IoT market.
Silicon Labs analog comparators operate from very low supply voltages, draw very little supply current, and have robust input stages that can tolerate input voltages beyond the power supply. The comparators draw as little as 600 nA of supply current. Most part numbers include an on-board ±1% voltage reference.
Features:
Low power and low voltage comparators
Internal ±1% Voltage References
Maxim second source options
Applications:
Battery Powered Systems
Monitoring/Management
Battery Monitoring/Management
Threshold Detectors/Discriminators
Window Comparators
Level Translators
Many of the comparators are electrical and form identical second sources for several analog comparators from Maxim Integrated Products, Inc.
