Symmetry personnel demonstrate excellent customer service levels to reinforce positive interactions amongst interested parties.
This quality policy and associated objectives, as well as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, are communicated and understood across the organization to promote company-wide competence.
All product and/or services supplied by external providers are controlled and monitored to sustain high levels of quality across Symmetry's supply chain.

RoHS Compliance
In reference to Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament, the RoHS directive established by the European Union calls for the near elimination of 6 chemical substances used in most electronics and electronic equipment.
Symmetry Electronics Corporation has taken all practical steps to confirm suppliers' policies and statements regarding the Lead-Free/RoHS status of all products, and the suppliers adherence to the EU RoHS directive. See below for explanations of RoHS status categories.

Lead-Free
Pb-Free, but not confirmed to be absent of, or have acceptable levels of Cadmium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, PBBs or PBDEs.
RoHS Compliant
Below level concentrations of the following substances:
- Lead: 0.1%
- Cadmium: 0.01%
- Mercury: 0.1%
- Hexavalent Chromium: 0.1% PBBs: 0.1%
- PBDEs: 0.1%
Green
The highest of the environmentally-friendly standards. Products that are "Green" are not only RoHS Compliant, but free of other substances deemed harmful by the environmental movement.
Conflict Minerals Sourcing as it relates to Dodd-Frank Section 1502
In compliance with Section 1502 of Dodd-Frank legislation regarding the sourcing of Conflict Minerals, Symmetry Electronics encourages our suppliers to provide assurance of "DRC Conflict- Free" sourcing of all Conflict Minerals used in the manufacture of their products.
Conflict Minerals are defined as Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W), and Tin (Sn).
Symmetry Electronics, as a distributor of electronic components and semiconductors, is not able to certify as to the country of origin of the minerals contained in the products manufactured by Symmetry's suppliers and vendors. Symmetry Electronics does not design or manufacture any of the products we distribute. We encourage our suppliers to support our efforts to adhere to the requirements of the Dodd-Frank legislation and make information on the origin of the minerals contained in their products easily accessible on their websites.
